The Management of the company is very good, timing of the company is strictly followed, salary is on time payment , Staff are very positive and co operative . Working place is very nice and hygenic. Company Location is very prime place of the kolkata and most of metro areas.

They will provide you salary, allowance in proper time, no delay will occure in that. They will provide you increment (minimum 10%), incentives every year. They have a very good work culture. If you are a hard working person then this company is a very good platform for your further growth.

Getting a leave is very difficult. I was a Service Engineer and for my Job I have to travel very frequent from one state to another. You have to work on holiday and sunday. Duty time related rules are quite strict and one mistake can reduce your job life for that company.

Good organization for learning and development. Old foot print in Food industry. Owner is very gentleman and having clear business focus. Homely work culture and less toxicity in office environment.

Too much travel needed as various small size projects at every corner of the country.
