There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent,appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

This is a very good organizatio.

The organization is very good, they give annual appraisal and salary increments, but no growth facility in seniority, Normally the work pressure is high, which is real everywhere, but. every season time I have worked 12 to 16. but no avail, because I has done other people's work, There is no training facility for freshers and senior executive asked us to educate them,which is very painful during doing regular work, but there all of my team members including state office team,are helpful natur.which is very good at all, because they are addressed to us for every hardness.

I love the fact that i am a part of a team that markets reliable high-quality product and has a global client base. Another plus point is we work happily in collaboration and I also like the employee re-hire policy here.

Dislikes

...e me 5 locations responsibility without any promotion or mail from SH . After 1.5 year still my salary not increase but location improve in every month. SH selected one credit officer for one location . Both HR and Manager are not response to my performance and work presure .So i have resign my job .
