Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. I have selected for only balasore OCL location but after few month of joining manager provide me 5 locations responsibility without any promotion or mail from SH . After 1.5 year still my salary not increase but location improve in every month. SH selected one credit officer for one location . Both HR and Manager are not response to my performance and work presure .So i have resign my job ....Read More

As a credit officer i have cheqe cibil score and customer kyc and bank passbook update then approved the business and sign the vehicle delivery letter . I have payment all the file which was business by the marketing againt and i also cheqe all refinance

Easy to travel for me, Office Premises is good, Day shift 09:30 am to 06:30 pm.

Dislikes

No evening leave time is 06:30 pm But by boss pressurised hence I was work at office upto 10:30 pm without extra overtime payment. Any single mistake then boss emigiatly give the resignation if u not able to work. Hence here seen that company doesn't required any need of employee if you are needful you work. Bank holidays or Saturday holidays also working.
