...th good increments even though my work is very good as per my reporting manager. They provide very low salary to the position of back office. It is equals to peon salary of other banks.

Overall Good communication with staff or seniors and supporting team. Companies policy are is good and they haven't good salary or haven't given incentives

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that i am a part of a team that markets reliable, high quality products and has a global client base. I also like the employee re- hire policy here.

Dislikes

Compensation in decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is normal. Sometimes, I have to work 9 -10 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into 1 hr.

There is no job security, management never support there employee,work load will be heavy without proper salary,internal politics will be performed against lower level employee
