I am working in corporate salary department and work culture is horrible, RM's don't know the simple process, they don't have any good corporates and they tell you to do cross sell, how will happen if RM's don't bring good corporates, don't join this bank and ruin your career

Good strength with customer in bank and supporting to employees. Good work environment and culture teammates are supportive and management is good.

Company policies are good, but salary is okay but not enough. My job is not fix

No salary cut in covid time that is the happiest thing. Sanitizer usage in office premises for employees and customers.

Dislikes

No sanitization to branches. No work from home availability like other banks. Notice period reduction to 30 days from 90 days in Carona pandemic. 100% staff coming to branches. Medical emergencies no leaves for certain employees even on exceptional cases no HR involvement.

Scope of self learning is wider in the organization, colleagues and peer are helpful and supportive also good work life balance is maintained

Compensation is not as per industry standard also appraisal process is also not on a timely basis
