After joining they will make your life hell, there are so many policies related to employee they made but no seniors follows. They will make you feel resigning and going home. Also the kind of threatening you will get that will make your life miserable. They will bluntly that you complain wherever you want I don't care. Just put down paper andvget out from the branch. I should not see your face next day at branch.

Some managers are nice, Saturdays are off Flexible timings Work life balance is fine. Job security if u work really well.

No Salary hike. Even house help can get more hike than here promotion Skill development Managers can be annoying They will dump more work on person who works efficiently others can enjoy with no work and salary. Salary increment very poor even for the person gets amazing Performance ratings. No promotion also.

Please don't select this bank. they will not give proper recognition for our work.bank is good but work nature and way for work is totally bad. Backend process is entirely bad to work . opening an account is impossible for all the customers worst online apps. without backend support employees can't work freely. They need business only but don't support for doing business (support means I am telling about backend process).do not encourage employees for doing work. each and every month pip will be issued for every month Target. I don't even see such a bank like this . Don't spoil your life in joining indusind bank.shares also getting down 👎.bad job security.they will not accept the fault on them till your last date.

Dislikes about working in indusind banks are alot words are less to describe how bad experience will be in indusind bank ..if someone is willing to work in indusind bank...I would suggest don't waste your precious experience and time in working indusind bank ..try out somewhere else...you will be more ...satisfied working in some other company ...

No proper support from managers branch managers are dangerous towards employee favourite employe get good support . Not treat equally . No proper hr support . Manager use their power to spoil employee life. Unrealistic target . This is not bank these are insurance company. They only focus on insurance. No proper training. No proper support . Second thing if u have do pr die situation then join Indusind bank other wise explore your self and search other opportunities. Hr not received your call . Hr will also not understand your problem even you share medical thereafter they will not relieve you . Hr is only for name and position. Huge politics . If you hard worker employee and source good business then managers will map your clients to his favourite employee. They will treat you like you are slave. (Convulsion) Pls don’t join until and unless you have do or die situation either join for 1 or 6 months after resigned )
