Caste politics and office politics playing major role in here. Particular higher community lobby destroyed many employees future and lives. Especially tamilnadu sales region.

I do not like Indusind Bank because they deduct a lot of money from the salary, some incentives are made and some are given, the amount that the bank gives in a year is also very less.

There is balance between work and personal life. Healthy work culture and support from seniors

... limited financial growth in this company, no incentive and not even good bonus. After promotion there is hardly 7% increase in current salary of employees.

No salary cut in covid time that is the happiest thing. Sanitizer usage in office premises for employees and customers.

Dislikes

No sanitization to branches. No work from home availability like other banks. Notice period reduction to 30 days from 90 days in Carona pandemic. 100% staff coming to branches. Medical emergencies no leaves for certain employees even on exceptional cases no HR involvement.
