... culture, and even i think worst word is also very small to say about this bank. They offer highest salary to fresher and experienced person as compare to other banks. Then they will mentally torcher and harasses you. Even, they don"'t have sense to talk. Senior will personally comment you for. After my sister's push I started working with this bank 3 months back and i joined there as RH cordinator. Person who hired me he said you just need to make reports And handle some excel for that you will get trainig. I was sitting branch And on first floor RH sit in his cabin. My manager told me that till the time you don't get you laptop you can sit in branch. Then on third day he sent me to ludhiana from patiala to MH coordinator. I went there for three days on my expense. And she gave me over view. I was new in banking sector. So I was n't able to understand in one day about all the coordinator responsibility. Even the responsibility I was got told and what she told me was totally different. And then after Rah called me on 5th day of my joining he spoke in rude way I hire for me so sit in front of me. I started sitting near RH cabin. In begining he behaved well but after 10 days he started misbehaving with me. He spoke rudely harshly. Even I didn't have laptop which I suppose to get being a RH coordinator. And he and MH coordinator started misbehaving with me and even they started ruled at me. And trust me without laptop or system it was very tough for me to work. Now after 3 months still I didn't get laptop and RH spoke so filthy language. So I left job with serving notice period. He always said you are here for me. This wording was so vulger to hear. Even in front of 10 bms he insulted me everytime. So this thing wasnot tolerable at all. I don't know why banking or private sector is getting worst day by day and cheap.

Compensation is too low as well as there is no growth. Work pressure is too high. No work life balance. No proper training. Office entry time was fixed by 9 am but there was no perfect time to leave office. After working for more than 12 hours still had to work after reaching home. No family life.

Worst company ...there is no working as per professionally not satisfactory salary, not a company to work

Dislikes about working in indusind banks are alot words are less to describe how bad experience will be in indusind bank ..if someone is willing to work in indusind bank...I would suggest don't waste your precious experience and time in working indusind bank ..try out somewhere else...you will be more ...satisfied working in some other company ...

...d to take it.... In short your life is hell. No work and personal life balance. Salary is also very pethetic....... Do not join this company especially in KYC.... Your life will be hell because of few inefficient Managers and TLs.

...make a big mistake. Great supporting management. Gives you free decision policy. Bit kanjus company on salary but it's a great workplace and peaceful minded if you want to settle down.

Hr policy is soo bad. It's like they try to take money from employee pocket only. They will show you a huge ammount as salary on your offer letter but belive me your take hand will be very low. All the other benifits will be shown under ur CTC. They will say salary is 30k but after deduction they will give only 22k. You will feel like cheated. You can only join on Mondays because management dosent want you to join on wed or thurs and get free salary for 2 says on sat and sun. If you are in off role and go to on role they will take away 2 day salary. All plans to cost cutting is from employees salary. They have a access to provide you with work from home on storm / corona like situations. But if you are going to a family tour and you ask work from home access they will feel kanjos to give you because that access costs 500 per day.
