IMFSR (Hr Team) Because of IMFSR Hr team getting delay response I have lost 7days woking salary, I have moved from IMFSR rolls to IBL rolls. I have several discussion in phone with IMFSR Hr team same I follwed & I have resigned on31st Oct 2022. IBL Hr team asked me resignation confirmation from IMFSR team. Thy gaved reply on 2nd novmbr gtng delay reply frm IMFSR team, IBL Hr consider as joing on7th Nov22 in IBL rolls. any how Regular am gng to office but I have lost 7days pay. Now gtng to F&F settlement from IMFSR company again they deducted Rs. 14,700/- because of I didn't serve notice period. Already I informed IMFSR Hr they said it's internal moving only 1day notice period enough and as per his Suggestion I resigned on 31st Oct 22 in IMFSR company. I donot want to live My money I have almost served 6years in this company. I have each and every mail. Please do needful to me

There isn't any work culture here. Everything sucks here. Salary you will get on time

...ars and he gets nothing from the company when he lost his life while in service. The corporate salary Team is one big joke consisting of all jokers. They make you work on all Saturdays and other holidays. No training will be provided to new employees. You have to learn by your own. All you have to do here is beg, borrow and steal. By hook or crook you need to do business. Quality doesn't matter here quantity matters. If you're being yourself then you will be screwed. You have to be like his slave and always be obidient to him like he's Jesus Christ. One of the worst company to work. And the way your boss communicates will be way different . For any issue or if the commitments didn't happen you will be told to resign and will be taken for a ride. He won't listen to you all he needs is MIS. He won't trust his team. Alot of people are leaving this company and a few are joining but soon they will also leave. You will get petrol allowances very less. Extra benefits. You will be getting 20% of what u spend for petrol as allowances. If you think shouting and behaving like a brat will bring you business then you're wrong. That's is guys you take a call.

No salary cut in covid time that is the happiest thing. Sanitizer usage in office premises for employees and customers.

Dislikes

No sanitization to branches. No work from home availability like other banks. Notice period reduction to 30 days from 90 days in Carona pandemic. 100% staff coming to branches. Medical emergencies no leaves for certain employees even on exceptional cases no HR involvement.

When r u selected for company then salary hike is very good Continum is best policy for this bank .

Not proper training . Work culture is very bad Huge pressure and if unable to deliver then use own fund . Leaking leg upper management by Bm nd ASM for there won't job security and appraisal.
