Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good, but appraisals are not fair and they are not giving good salary hike and bonus every year. Sales pressure even if you are working in operations.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Career growth is slow.

A good platform to work. Subordinates and Superiors are very supportive and cooperative. Company culture are conducive and people are supportive. Would love to work again with this bank platform if the bank would provide me the right package and an appropriate remuneration as per Market Standard Package by considering my total Work experiences , Skills , Talents and Strengths .

Salary , compensations were not standard comparing it with the market standard package and my total previous work experiences.

Its one of bank where we should not join as fresher, They pay least & want you to achieve sales & ops target, no opportunity to learn new things. I was in branch banking & I wasted 1.5 yrs counting cash as cashier never got opportunity to work in other department. All opportunity I got was on name of 30% sales KRA my target was more than sales persons who do only sales (not to tell sales person get more salary than Ops person) It was a 365 days branch so at one go I worked for 25 days without single day off.

Please don't select this bank. they will not give proper recognition for our work.bank is good but work nature and way for work is totally bad. Backend process is entirely bad to work . opening an account is impossible for all the customers worst online apps. without backend support employees can't work freely. They need business only but don't support for doing business (support means I am telling about backend process).do not encourage employees for doing work. each and every month pip will be issued for every month Target. I don't even see such a bank like this . Don't spoil your life in joining indusind bank.shares also getting down 👎.bad job security.they will not accept the fault on them till your last date.

...mers like other banks whose basic account starts from rs 2500 like bandhan Bank.And the salary hike is very very low like negligible.
