No support.In times of lockdown i was humiliated and thrown out of bank to stand on ATM and bring business or else i will face something which is not right.

...k products. Customer is always unsatisfied with terrible and diplomatic answers. Salary HR is dishonest in terms of giving salary. In serious times of covid also,i was forced to stand on SBI ATM for 4 hours from 12 noon to 4.pm daily and bring business as a result of which i was suspected minor covid symptoms due to which i self isolated myself so as not to become a harm for bank...but still the branch manager deducted my full salary,because of which i had to resign.

All of it depends on the branch manager you get. I got the best branch manager one could have. Targets were a lot but it became achievable due to the proper guidance of the seniors involved.

Salary offered was quite low as per the work we had to do.

Good work environment and Team matra are supportive . Company policies are good .appraisala are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year and bank gives many contasts for employes off every products..

The most dislike i feel when i work in indians bank..Is the there are many politics and the management doesn't address our issues .And on the job traning is not given to new joinees

Bestest and competitive bank in the market loved to be part of it if I get an better opportunity I would like to serve for it with bets designation

- Worst Management. - No appreciation for work and achieving targets - Say no every time when trying to apply for leave even if leaves are available and you are informing 2 weeks earlier.
