Im joined indusind bank in January 4 2021 and package is less.Started working as a Teller and doing operations correctly and improved our skill and development.

My package is less to my role and we cant we lead a life with low salary.Better to increase my salary and to grow in the life with work together with bank.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high quality products and has a global clients base. I also like the employee rehire policy here

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Managers do not value an individuals' unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. Which is a pain sometimes.

Induslnd Bank is really one of the best bank for learning new things. Folks are highly qulalified and innovative in this bank. l got advanced knowledge about everything related to bank from my colleagues as well as from my seniors. Learned alot about new techniques of managing work in an appropriate manner. Moreover, l also learned how to operate ATM internally and complete work systematically on time. My staff was amiable and they all provided me assistance whenever required. The ambience of my work place was excellent because l grasped alot .

Dislikes

Salary package is low. Work pressure is very high. They don't provide any on job training to the freshers this is the biggest hurdle. The biggest problem was they don't have lunch break due to which many folks miss their lunch under work load.

Please don't select this bank. they will not give proper recognition for our work.bank is good but work nature and way for work is totally bad. Backend process is entirely bad to work . opening an account is impossible for all the customers worst online apps. without backend support employees can't work freely. They need business only but don't support for doing business (support means I am telling about backend process).do not encourage employees for doing work. each and every month pip will be issued for every month Target. I don't even see such a bank like this . Don't spoil your life in joining indusind bank.shares also getting down 👎.bad job security.they will not accept the fault on them till your last date.

Worst company ...there is no working as per professionally not satisfactory salary, not a company to work

Dislikes about working in indusind banks are alot words are less to describe how bad experience will be in indusind bank ..if someone is willing to work in indusind bank...I would suggest don't waste your precious experience and time in working indusind bank ..try out somewhere else...you will be more ...satisfied working in some other company ...
