...in helping and learning. Policies are good, increment and appraisal are average. Salary is quite unfair especially for freshers.

Dislikes

Lots and lots of politics and there is no support from the management side. The career growth is very slow. There is no bond. Job training for new joined is not given.

...mers like other banks whose basic account starts from rs 2500 like bandhan Bank.And the salary hike is very very low like negligible.

At Opus center, Mumbai, Work culture is very pathetic, the super Manager raises issues which are not even required and are small. Work life balance is poor. Hasim Shaikh is Therki and favour majority female employees. Promotion is poorly done.

- Worst Management. - No appreciation for work and achieving targets - Say no every time when trying to apply for leave even if leaves are available and you are informing 2 weeks earlier.
