Worst company ...there is no working as per professionally not satisfactory salary, not a company to work

Dislikes about working in indusind banks are alot words are less to describe how bad experience will be in indusind bank ..if someone is willing to work in indusind bank...I would suggest don't waste your precious experience and time in working indusind bank ..try out somewhere else...you will be more ...satisfied working in some other company ...

- Worst Management. - No appreciation for work and achieving targets - Say no every time when trying to apply for leave even if leaves are available and you are informing 2 weeks earlier.

...d to take it.... In short your life is hell. No work and personal life balance. Salary is also very pethetic....... Do not join this company especially in KYC.... Your life will be hell because of few inefficient Managers and TLs.

Everything... No proper increment, No bonus, they deduct your incentives for every non sense thing, don't provide you proper information about the deduction... No Diwali benefits.. not even considering to share a dabba of a mithai.. no pantry area.. rules are different for seniors and juniors.. security person not giving you that respect that deserve.

It is really very Good experiance. I got training in the first month of my job i got to know so much about banking industry. Learn so many things working in bank how banks works and how things get attached to every employee of the bank from customer to employee from manager to dbm everyone is playing important role. It is very important role of their work. At the end i learned mant things want to learn more about banking industry and its benefits.

Dislikes

Dislike is just that the opening amount of their bank accout is very high. A middle class person might think to open account or maintain such amount if his/her salary is below that amount so they will think to join with us. In this thing this bank is unable to attract customers though the amount is very high.
