There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees

Organization is having a good product and policy as compared with other NBFC's. For example ROI, PF. It helps sales team to source files from market. Good job security and also there no any offensive language used by supervisors.

Dislikes

No powers to BM for any recommendations towards file sanction, increasing loan amount, reducing ROI,etc. Credit officer or credit manager will not support for business. Disbursement, cheque printing is a challenging task for sales. No scan basis Disbursement booking. Lengthy process for recruiting DSA/Connector and also faced difficulties for dsa payouts. Dsa's are not supporting for referring business though the product and policy is good. Reporting bosses will be able to concentrate only on logins and Disbursement, but never addressed to ops or credit for delay in disbursement and delay in cheque printing.
