It was my first job and I had a wonderful learning experience and my colleagues were very helping and friendly. There were many fun activities involved.

Work culture and colleagues at Pune office are very good.

Dislikes

Their is no job security if you join Pune team and your managers and full team working at head office in Ahmedabad. lots of politics at higher management level in Ahmedabad. There is no such process to judge the performance, no appreciation for the employees working at Pune location.

The best part of any IT industry is to have a weekend off, same is there in this company also i.e. Saturday, Sunday off which i love the most.

Dislikes

I dislike some peoples who are in manaherial position but they are not supposed to be there, who show off that they belong to very decent family but by their actions it's not reflecting.

Lot of work, no balance between work and personal life, actually personal life is end here. Managers are not felling safe there so they have no trust on the team members.

Teammates, Managers, Office Politics.

Work timing, team mates, office activities and there is no glass door thing in indusa for girls work culture absolutely great evryone is treated equally

Training lacks. But apart from it eveything is great
