Dislikes

1.No paper is given by company(offer letter, appointment letter, salary slip etc.)It is like a mount climbing to get these papers.1 out 50 can get . 2.work culture is very poor. 3.no fix timing of entry or exit .You will have to come before time mostly. 4.head office staff is totally bad.they do not like local staff. 5.personal and professional life is totally unbalance. 6.Not even a single policy for employee welfare. 7.site if full of detectives who report every second to their father like bosses in head office. 8.no Hr department in company.only one person handles hr,acc, administration, site expances, etc.he can't give u any thing in writing. 9.company follow their own standard.drawings are just piece of photo copy.no drawing is approved by any consultant. 10.on the name of drawing and technology they are poor. 11.all vendors and contractor are from head office old staff. they take instructions from them and follow them.you can't do anything with them.if u try u are fool. 11.due to such culture no staff in company stay more than a year(in rare case). 12.every month 1-2staff leaves the company. 13.they give all salary in cash.but no paper is given to u. 14.if any thing is good it is because of head office but if anything happens wrong it is because if u and u will have to pay from your salary. 15.MD is a person fully surrounded by CHAPLOOSE who can't give a single advise for the goodness of work culture. And MD also don't care for that.he only need money by any way. Disclaimer:If u want to feel an experience of painfull professional life then join this company.it is sure that u can't never forget such a horrible experience .
