Too much of politics. If you speak the right things infront of Managers then they will get back to you indirectly and make sure you are out of their way. Corrupt Energy managers, Opex managers, Deployment Managers, ZPMs, AOMs, they are bribed by Vendors to clear the POs. Some POs are closed and billed without the work being done at field. Managers demanding in lakhs to do that. Too much corrupt system. Underperformed employees are enjoying as they have some Godfathers or good references. Office affairs are being ignored too. They should be held under COC or POSH.

No learning oportunity..day night 24 hours of pressure..coming at home at 5 AM after working 19 hours again from 11 AM manager started calling who knows everything about the work pressure but pretend to be very innocent..when you elaborate the actual ground based scenario then started scolding about KPI's data etc etc..is not delivered properly.....

Except salary on time payment nothing is good there..HR dept is the worst..they will never help for anything trying to create unnecessary problem for employees ..and at the time of survey saying they have done lot of things for employee..wors dept is HR in Indus Towers Limited Kolkata location.

Worked in Delhi circle for a year. It is complete chaos, people are toxic to the core, senior management promotes toxicity calls at odd hours. Personally seen team members having panic attacks and having health issues due to toxic environment *Work life balance goes for a toss. *Site engineers are involved in theft of cables & diesel at sites *Old Estate members take a cut in rent by giving threat to Landlords to remove site *Too much reporting to cross functional heads with no real skill sets *Morning & evening calls are meant to demean and insult team members One should avoid this company at all costs. Better stay unemployed for sometime.

No work life balance at all. Immense pressure on the field employees they are not even allowed to go home if they are relocated to place other then home area .Few compliances are limited to papers only not actually followed and the employee have to complete other functions KRA simultaneously looking into their own.

Technician job is very challenging zero outage For site down and night moment is very challenging resky for technician life. Telecom line 24 hours job for any one # technician #FSC#AOM
