New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward
I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. So, fast forward to happy hour with the team, and the topic of salary comes up. I, unfortunately, shared what I’m making, and let’s just say... it didn’t sit well with the others who have been on the team for years and make less than me. They weren’t mad at me, but now I’m feeling a bit uncomfortable and unsure how to handle this situation. Has anyone had something like this happen? How did you deal with it? Let’s chat!

After taken over by Ebix, all Indus employees worried about job security. Internal politics for salary, promotion and job security etc started after Ebix acquired Indus.

Indus is product based company, very good place to work and learn the banking product... Once you join you will have lot of training session so that easy to sit in a project and show our skills.. You will get lot of support from Higher management. You will get chance to work in UAT, production, client place and so that you will come to learn many things and also will come to know about the market.

Work culture is very good.You will get all type of responsibilities like development,testing and some client requirement gathering related to project i.e there are lot of opportunity for skill development and learning.Seniors & top management are very supportive.For initial level IT professional, I think it is one of the best company for professional growth.

You will get salary on time.

Dislikes

Lot of things which I dislike. They will just make you sit if there is no work and if there is work they will pressurize you to do it asap.They will expect you to do 3 days work in 1 day.Seniors are not cooperative.They will just point out your mistakes instead of helping you.

Ebix cash company bought that indus software technology pvt ltd company...now it's name of company ebixcash... really good environment nice place to work in carrer start up...banking domain... lending suit... product based company...backend oracle and learn lot from back end oracle but front end in java but using brms old version ... otherwise it's very good to work with that company
