The owner thinks he is getting smarter with time The owner found that everywhere else sales guys have targets The owner also got to understand that it's the sales guy's job to get leads, but he can't stop spoon feeding the sales team by not attending events like MWC. If the owner stops inbound leads, the sales team will change their profession, not just the job.
