...raud. Has not being paying employees. Salaries are credited once in five months. My two and a half months salary is still pending and I have no hope of getting it. Moreover, the PF deducted are also not credited to PF account. The IT deductions are also not deposited.(no form 16 is given). The company should be blacklisted

Freedom to work and take decisions. Work Life balance exits. Positively encouraging Top management but not all.

Career GRowth is questionable, salary is below industry average. Lot of internal politics, bent towards particular set of team and community. All this has led the company to the stage where they are under huge financial burden.

The Company is ready to offer you hand some salary but they never say that u will get your salary every after 3/4 months which create a massive problems to run your family. U will never get correct information or support from your management regarding any thing. They will show just like they are running a MNC. Management will ask you to travel, they will approve your advance but after reaching your destiny you will on hope when you will get your advance which you will never get....

Management's will never give you correct information about the Salary credit, Advance, etc, etc. Lots of peoples are there those are getting awarded and promoted without giving any thing. You will get enough holiday, leaves. You will enjoy unproductive times lots on every day basis with everyone's. You will see that PF deducting on every month from your salary but it's not credited on PF Account from month on month as they are not transfer your money to EPF. You can call any employee or your reference ( if you have anyone who worked or working) and verify all the information which I shared. Title- You will get frustrated and leave the Job for all kinds of activities done by the Company and It's Management.

Nothing positive in my overall 16years experience I have never came across such a unemployed centric company like as .

They only hire people those who are worked with them previously & for new commers or fresher they're not at all co-operative.

Likes

The directors and top management are very supportive and understanding. It makes you feel like a family more and employee well being is given more importance than targets and performance. Employees here are referred as "associates".

Dislikes

Most of the internal operations are so process driven that it sometimes makes getting things done a cumbersome task.
