Rather than a Company which follows strict Organisation structure resulting in the growth of itself and its employees, it is a personalized group of persons , especially the top authorities and their close associates who decided the Promotion , Growth & Development of Employees based NOT on their job performance but their Ability of Buttering the top authorities !!
