Rather than a Company which follows strict Organisation structure resulting in the growth of itself and its employees, it is a personalized group of persons , especially the top authorities and their close associates who decided the Promotion , Growth & Development of Employees based NOT on their job performance but their Ability of Buttering the top authorities !! Worst place to work. If anyone wants to destroy their career, surely they can give it a try. Those who can Butter well , please go ahead , the company needs U !!
