It is not a company , just managed by one man

Dislikes

No team , not a company, no quality in products, ta da s also not cleared properly , poor company culture . Attrition rate is very high . Not a safe place to work . No toilet for women , just imagine .

So much of learnings available and will get opportunity to implement ideas and have lot of freedom to perform . the company is open to innovation and readily adopts.. I love the fact the fact that i'm part of a team that markets reliable. another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds , and we work happily in collaboration .. I also like the employee re-hire policy here.
