salary gets credited on time, thats the only only and only positive aspect about this company.
everything is negative about this company, all the positive reviews and ratings are given by their relatives only. positive ratings are paid. life is HELL , you will be assign lots of work other than your KRA. Management treats their employees like slave, dont even join this organisation. ambiance in the company is very pathetic, sometime even water supply is not available, regular power supply cut. refurbish 8k Rs. costing laptops they provide to their employees. emplyees are mentally tortutred here, its a remand room actually. the moment you join here, your life become hell and full of stress.
This is the most disgusting place one can even work in, female employees are not safe, and are harassed and passed comments on, you are not allowed to take breaks, or laugh or giggle at all, your salary will get cut even if you are 2 mins late. Every month there would be salary issue. The higher management and founders are pathetic and are very toxic. You’ll be literally forced to leave your job. No job security at all, no employee benefits. It’s a hell and a trap, you are spied through the cameras. Even the HRs are very bad. And even misbehave with you, and in a creepy manner if you are a female. The office is in an industrial area and located insured a factory. My mental health was extremely harmed by these people. Just Don’t join this organisation. You’ll end up taking therapies.
Working there was like a slave but teammates are good and learn so many things personally and professionally.
Dislikes
No salary growth,no career growth, they give you trainee chemist certificate, designation letter verbally even they have hesitation to give you your salary slip too, no single paid leave allowed, I had to come in office with pulse oximeter and blood thinner tablet etc in deadly condition of COVID infection......... can't forgot that time
Not a good place to work. The owner calls employees in his cabin and starts abusing them left, right and centre. Very unprofessional. All of them. Best to avoid this place.
...ce in indus valley. They treat their employees like a animal or worst than that. Employees can do a job in less salary but they can't do in such a toxic environment. Only those employees are promoted & praised in Indus who know how to do " Chaaplusi" in a better way. If employee come late they deduct their salary but if the employee is working even after the working hours then no extra salary is being paid to them. Employees are working here with loyalty & full of dedication but they are treated like a servant. if you think your company will grow like this then i am sorry it won't work out ever if you will be continuously treating your employees badly, then your company won't grow ever & it's not growing since last 2,3 years. what do you think apne 2,3 chaapluso ko sath leker chalne se company will expand than i am so sorry i must say best of luck for the future endeavors of indus.
