...knowledge. EXTERNAL TRAININGS are provided to only favour candidates not to all.Salary is decent but career growth is slow. No job security any time you will.be told to leave the company.

Nothing to like - No employee benefits- if your are from south or local guy then they are good with you , do not go for any trap.

Dislikes

1. Job security 2.Top management behaviour 3.Remote location 4.Employee mis conduct 5. Worst company i have ever worked for 6.THey don't think about employee culture 7.Worst Safety department 8.Company has bad past history - some employee died in that company , No career growth. 9.They remove employee if the requirement is over.
