No Policy, No system, Employees ko Gadha samajhte hai.. 11 Hour Duty 1 min Late - 1 Hour Salary deduction 10 min late - Half day deduction PF Esic deduct karte hai but Govt ko jama nahi katwate 30 days salary banate hai. Dikhate 10 din ki hai. Chor hai. 3rd class MD

It's worst environment having lala chhap dukaan not organisation. Humiliation and dictatorship for all routine work like lunch, late stay without reason. No letter proof, any type firing, no type of work can satisfy lala so called MD

Positive and growing culture that impressed me very much to working with Indus, because the management team (MD) is very energetic and aware to beat all the challenges in between the success, as he insists to all of us to take initiative on system operation procedures, that is the only main strength which builds up ourselves and company standards too, as views i like.
