... sleeps all the time and get paid by doing nothing except forwarding some mails. There are ridiculous rules to deduct your salary. They will deduct your salary by any means (except those 4 people friend of MD).

Those who don't work they never ask those to give results. Even directors aloow them to Very bad thing they protect those like they are soulmates. Specially office is for friends and family. Most of the times managers enjoy office like couple garden. Nonsense admin and top managers. If you know oiling you can survive here for long time. Last and most imp they kill your skills badly for nothing. If you are master in talking and oiling you can enjoy here.
