...ot to know later that these people remove bad true comments from google reviews. Also salary package is very low in this company, given the amount of tasks they ask us to do in overtime. They have very BAD HIGH MANAGEMENT, espeacially the ill-tempered king of this empire. They exploite their employees, late offer letter, late reliving letter, out of KPI tasks (anything which my lord wants them to do), no benefits, no fun events/celebration........ONLY DRAMA.

Dislikes

Despite all of the mentioned above, I was not able to saw any hardcore dhakka-mukki or maarpeet. wish I could have witnessed anything like that because only this drama was missing from my mentioned likes.

During my time at Inductus , I experienced significant mistreatment and a toxic work environment. The top management displayed a lack of professionalism and work ethics , often disregarding employees well being . There was a constant pressure , unrealistic expectations and no support or acknowledgement effort. The culture was unorganised and exploitative, leaving little room for growth or a positive work environment.

This company is never leaving alone to their employees or Ex-employees and always be with their too with strong support and coordination.

Old employee do politics and if you r working here then forget your personal life becuse working hours in 12-12 hours and even suturday sunday bhi work from home i suggestion not join in this company anyone
