They treat their employees like they are not humans but animals, abusive language is common. 3. One South manager is father/mother of the company, He is more than the owner itself. 4. I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx).
