Learning so many things which never ever help for future career, most preference for unwant work old system, don't stay more time

Dislikes

Job security, politics, work culture not good, senior management is not good behaviour also so low class. At the time of leaving not getting full and final, not care of Employee, unsafe work, no any standard system for work, so many things which never and ever seen in other organization but here is the happen.
