It is good for permanent employee of igl . becouse every facility provided to employees that like is bonance ,salary increase, company profit share, unlimited medical etc...

Salary is not increasing and salary is decreasing in every tender so that it is very very bad company.

In this job my experience is to good and working atmosphere and all staff members awesome an humble in this job I have learned so many experience in marketing

The biggest issue now is this salary every year after the marketing executive salary is to low first it was 24000 then is was 15000 and now 12000 how we should work so much money is getting spoiled 100+ petrol that sit you are sensible

IGL MANAGEMENT are corrupted. Very bad work environment and culture. Teammates are not supportive and selfish and the management is not transparent. Company policies are very bad specially for NON EXECUTIVE.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is not decent and career growth is also very slow. COMPANY IS NOT RESPECT HIS SENIORS EMPLOYEE. COMPANIES SAVE HIS CORRUPTED EMPLOYEES.

Not supported.just providing only salary as per aur contractor..any not provided any safety kit for protection against covid -19

we are working under contractual staff..so no providing any safety kit like mask or senitizer etc.somtimes doing unprofessional work.which not included to my maintenance work.seniours just wanted to complete work in anyway ..no metter u r safe or not . sometimes Work pressure is so high ....
