No training given just work as labour worker no increment no bonus nothing for festival even securities can speak like hr as they have commitment with the company head don't go and get stuck in that jail

The company is open to innovative new ideas and adopts the new prototype samples for some of the collegue company's.i loved the fact that I am a part of the team that markets reliable high quality products and has a global client base My undergoing project validation is three wheeler motor and four wheeler motor, two wheeler motor etc..., new protosample making ,validating sample, testing in the hot oven, chamber (salt spray chamber, air flow chamber, environment chamber, hot and cold chamber), dynamometer control unit.....

A group of Lucas TVS, Engine Cooling Division. Freshers and Trainers would learn lot of things in technical base and quality base. Good supporting from every department heads. Friendly environment that motivates us to work with new enthusiasm.

Wages and increments are below average. Lot of Trainees working as Contract basis with experience of 5 years and above
