HR are only bothered about paying salary they are least bothered whether the employee is having issue and challenges facing at the client location, It's my suggestion to have employee engagement program to ensure that you are caring for your employees.

At times, the workload can be intense leads to high-pressure situations.

Likes

Company basically higher contract to hire type job, but in good companies where you don't get job Easley or may not get expected salary. Salary are on time. Point of contact person are good. Only need to take care when your are joining at which client are you going to join because you have to work there whole time of your contract exist.

Dislikes

Once you join and deployed at client site there is no salary hike or no further chance if increment or promotion. It just they provide entry to the client site you make your reputation and relationship with client and try to get hire in client site company.

They provide contract based job. Deployed at clients site. Salary on time.

As it is outsourcing the employment so once you got Deployed at clients site then no changes in salary or in job role. No hike unless clients change projects or demand anything .

The main benefit is that the job location is easily commutable - 3 mins. walk from Sultanpur metro station. The company has been stable and running smoothly for the past 12 years and doing good in business. Having around 700+ employees PAN India shows its strength and stability. The company provides PF, health insurance (for employees and their families), loan facility etc. which is an add-on benefit to their employees. Conduct activities from time to time to keep their employees motivated and charged like off-site business trips, fun trips, in-house games and competitions, etc. Overall it's a good company to learn and grow in a career.

1st and 3rd Saturdays are working.
