Everything is what I dislike, whether it be the salary(actual salary which they never pay), work culture(some idiot bossy female tries to be "team lead" When all she does is drags down the team and blame others for her own faults!..gosh I can write a book on this M O R O N!), gossips and bit-ching about the employees where even the seniors are involved, work-life balance is just myth(you can literally get a call even in sleep or when dying or doing anything coz it's not the office hours!). What do i say about knowledge/experience bcz all that you learn there is how to fake reports! From ECG to blood to USG to CT Scan.. You can get an expertise in making or should I say Faking and editing. All that i saw from my day 1 was the employees leaving one by one.. Management never bothered to know the reason and always tried to cover up. So regarding the future.. It's quite dark. Also some of the fellow employees deserve some honorable mentions.. One guy does jobs in two different companies(just imagine the mental state of management who allows this!), gets double salary and has double standards. Another woman knows nothing but is good at licking.. IYKWIM! So gets higher pay for not doing anything! (Wish I knew how that place works.. Would have earned better). The licking" thing is common with most other employees too! Okay and you can expect anything to everything here like discrimination, insulting for no reason, pay cuts for no reason(blame that mad woman calling herself CRA and Team Lead!) an so on..!

Perfect place to learn fraudulent activity, fake reports, fake patients, fake invoice and casting couch, safe for ladies as male manager is into boys. Education qualification is no obstacle here, as any fake docs can be prepared here, if required.

...s. Operation manager makes fake reports and fake invoices using adobe Photoshop. No benfits, very poor salary, no PF, ESI, no salary slip. Management solds chemo medicine outside and flourish themselves. Tremendous pressure on juniors, manager busy in his fantasy world. From stamps to signatures, from ICF to patients in video, all are tampered, some doctors also involved in malpractice for money. Extreme level of unfair practice is being followed here. Management is extremely shroud and dangerous and master of acting.

Employees treat each other like a family. HR policy is good. Manager has a great knowledge on clinical research. Company has passed EMA audit which is a good sign of credibility.

Dislikes

They give most importance to local people in terms of work allocation due to which people from outside kolkata don't get to learn things. Internal politics are at peaks. Some people are bossy and just order their subordinates.

Dirty Politics.. Main male manager plays dirty politics with the employees.. Never takes any blame... Gaslights director and other employees... Employees shows that they work alot, inspite they party entire night... Unprofessional behaviour, unprofessional work ethics ..
