Limited scope of work, no much learning and forget about the carrier growth. Management keep everything secret, no transparency. No written policy for anything, things very person to person. All employee benefits are in reducing trends for last 10 years. Anyone can loose his job anytime without any notice.

... in colleges, good social relations between people residing in company township. Good salary as compared to India. Freedom to work culture in organization. Climate is very nice at Port Harcourt Nigeria

...y unsecured job, company remove 2-3 expatriate every month without any notice. Salary released only 3-4 times in a year. No fixed time for salary. No carrier growth and development. No written policy for anything. Very long working hours. Facilities for Employees are in continues decreasing trends. Nigeria is not a safe location to work.

It is best company for permanent (if company give to 4 year contract base its permanent less than 4 year its call purely contract base some benifit company will not give) employee not for contract base
