There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Dress code like a school. Salary time pe kbhi nhi milti hai. Agar 1 mint late aate ho toh half day mark kr diya jayega. School jese rules hai. Lunch time pe correct time pe enter krna hoga varna receptionist bhara hi khada kr degi. Sunday ko b aana pad skta hai Late rukkr kaam krna padega vo b bina over time k

...e mark but an individual could learn a lots if he/she genuinely likes the job. Salary structure is below average except a few top most officials. Need to compromise self respect if you want to stay. You couldn't mix up or talk to your inter departmental colleagues freely. Need to compromise time frame of work. But lastly, I must say you could learn huge how to aggressively work in International Business and explore the market and you could also learn about other departments besides your own job. I must recommend this company for the Freshers. My overall experience with this company and my seniors and juniors is good.
