5 years back work environment and culture was good. Later everything has changed based on management change. Company policies also changed. No value for hard work or dedication. Appraisal factor was not fair. You can not go to step forward if you have no god father even Company has benefited a huge amount through you. No value on your ideas or innovation. Increament & incentives always based on chamchagiri not on performance

...is for company, of the company & by the company. No value for employee emotion . You can get good salary but growth will be zero. Now Indofil culture is totaly different from 5 years back Indofil . In one word one can get a good position, increament , incentive or promotion if has a god father. Or else God is great.

Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike.

Dislikes

management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Working with Indofil was very good experience. Job security, work life and culture is very good. I am glad that I was a part of Indofil

Compensation is good, but promotional growth is very slow.Rest part is very nice.

...just established. I have joined as Sr. Executive-Sales & now I am Sales Manager. Insurance, LTA, Medical, Bonus, Increment, salary each area this company is one of the best. There is a good team here which I like. It's just a family. Head Office (Mumbai) colleagues are also very cooperative.

Dislikes

Compensation is average but slow growth. Work pressure is very high. Managers do not value an individuals, unique strengths, that's is why I have take my suggestions in many cases. Moreover, lot of responsibility but no authority.

The company adopts latest technology. I love the products fact and part of the team. Another plus point is my colleagues come from various culture.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is average . Like me have to guide them step by step.
