There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow if you are average.

I feel that I am were very lucky to that I had got chance to work indoco remedies . Working culture is very good as well supportive . Training given in this company is online and also understand to each and every person.

Compensation is decent ,but growth is slow . The work pressure is very high . I have been working 12 hours per day .

Unwanted displine. No focus on Actual target output. Salary structure not OK. Pollitcs and no respect to actual work.

Five day working. Best for Womens. Extra activities taken by HR are great. Having cultural events which only allows to perform head offices employees and HRs fevorite employee.

...s health issue is directly fired without any notice, so no work security at all. Also higher package employees are asked for leaving company and tortured. They recruiting contract base persons even if they hold post degrees, in less sallery.
