This company is fake. They Do not provide salary to employees on time, google reviews are been forever to write from the employees. Ms manisha panwar who calls herself as a TL but is a telecaller is useless and shameless. Fraud women supporting the fraudsters of this company Mr Dillip jena has no ethics to talk.

... Seniors are very supportive to motivate their team members. Training is 10/10. No salary issues. No week off issue. Best company to work with in terms of Growth and Success

Unhealthy official atmosphere, no work and home balance, unheathy pressure , bad environment, salary not on time. And not incentive. So many excuses while making payments. Suggest not to work here.

...nd fire. No interaction with colleagues, if you do so, then on spot termination. They don't pay their employees even if you have worked for 2 months. It's totally waste of time

...k culture and certain policies which are actually stopping IndoAsian’s growth. Salary cut offs incentives cut offs of deserving employees, no interaction with colleagues outside office premise which can lead to on spot termination, no co-operation on exit. No salary slip is provided, No conveyance for travel which can go up to 300-400 rs daily 5 mins late to work half day salary cut even if we are working late till 10-11pm
