It is good to work in growing company like Indoschottle.It is now known as SFS group of India Pvt Ltd.Which dealing cold forging,and precision machined parts of engine,fuel pump, break system etc.

From last 18 years i am working with this company.and it is really good experience to work here. But now I want to change, take new challenges .

Un faithfully management commitment to employees. Taking employees personal condition benefit for work.

It is good experience of working with indo schottle . I am heartly thanful ti isap to teach me and treate me like family . Good work environment and culture. All staff are good .

Department and management is not pointout the Mid level employee's for upgrading his skill to get good opportunities to work with the same..

Salary deduction, lack of policies, no work life, no culture, dictatorship, rude management. They abuse their employees, they threaten employees. Forcing IT employees to work from office during the pandemic. They will make you sign a bond and will supress you based on that only. Double think before you join. I would suggest DON'T JOIN . They are even posting fake reviews themselves to improve their rating.
