There no any rules for salary increment. I am working there from five years but from the time of joining , i am getting only 10000 per month, there is no rules for yearly increment except their relatives. No bonus is there. No salay standard is there. Contratual Engineers getting 10000 salary only.Jangal raj is there only.

Due to pendemic covid-19 situation company not giving salary All other things are good but salary & job security is major issue now

Tool room is a hard work area.salary is decent but career growth is slow.

its a tool room its a good training institute for fresher they can learn the process of working and get some experience

in indo german tool room working as a engineer i realise here carrier groth and salary struction is so bad... even work environment is also not so good

As a mechanical engineer knowing zero knowledge you can get basics.

Don't do job more than 1 year, in this 1 year period do more hard work , clear your basics and financial issues, once again I repeat don't do more than 1 year.
