People do not work after office hours

Dislikes

They believe in hire and fire. If there are less follow-up because of any reason so they don’t understand the reason and deduct salary. Hota ji deduct salary for so many reasons like less follow-ups, less sale, uniform

There is nothing to like in the company. Believe me there is nothing at all.

...oom with client being forced to keep.their cell phones outside at the reception. The company keeps half salary as security, which is never returned to.the employees. Out of 10 employees hired only 1 gets the probation confirmed. It's a trap where company lowers the cost of operation by hiring the people for 3 months by keeping theor security deposit and never actually returning the amount. The company fraudulently charges customers hefty fee at start of the process and never refunds the money, even if they fail to get the offer letter or admission in the required university. The owner penalizes employees for not completing follow-ups or calling on fresh numbers within half hour (something allocating 20 fresh leads at a time). I don't know if this review gets published or later get removed from ambition box but do not join Indo European at any cost. I have proofs for all the above statements and can prove every single word of it.

...they ask their employees to give resignation nd didn't provide salaries to them. Even when the lockdown is open now they want their employees to work without money as company is not in a situation to pay their employees or if u will be able to give the business only then you will be liable for some part of the salary.

...ortunity to learn new things and they have best team to handle customer service. The salary is always time. The decesion making in Indo European is democratic which promotes a good working environment.

Nothing to like. All 5 star ratings are fake.

Dislikes

... them to send them Europe specially Lithuania. I strictly recommend don’t join. Mostly people join here and they ask them to leave in probation and then deduct salary unethically. HR Alok sir know nothing and simply follow the orders of owner.
