In Indocount company increment is very less and increment time is not fix. Regarding Increment process I fill like sunny dewol film dialogue"तारीख पे तारीख, तारीख पे तारीख, तारीख पे तारीख मिलती रही है but increment not got to employees"

Young employees are very few. You will find average age of employees near to 45-50 yrs. Old employees are working in very traditional way and do not adopt new ways of working. Management issues too.
