Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

For the last 4 years I had been working in IAHS Company as a Assistant Manager Quality. In that position I was responsible for handling seed quality of Field and lab.I had a wonderful experience and learned many things. In one word I say IAHS is not only a company it's UNIVERSITY to learn and execute the work....

I developed Genetic Enfineeering lab In IAHS, worked for five years, I single handedly developed two Transgenic plants- Tomato plants aainst TOLCV and TOMV, becuase of new supervisor scoled me, just after he came to the Dept one month. I left, tanks fo Attawar and his childern, If I am needed let me know.
