Full politics and worst leader. Umesh mutta just doing politics here, no work and no support from him to anyone. Leadership quality is poor. Sales leader also just counting sales numbers. They don't know the way. No market planning.

Company joins with wrong information. The upper level managers make their work to the lower employees and threaten to fire them if they don't do it. In which the employees are kept under a lot of mental stress. These managers are Ashok varmora and Rishikesh Patil.

If any one want to Join Indkal for a Long time, Its strictly suggested not to join Indkal, As Here Policy Not matters and every decision made by someone who dont even Know what you do and What your performance

Apart from few members in company, rest are living in their own wonderland.

Dislikes

No visit to dealers, distributors. Never spoke to distributors. Always discussion on problems rather than solutions. Always oral communication & delay in settlements.
