There are only two team leaders and out of which yogesh is useless and worthless. They will say you will be promoted to high post but they will promote you without any appraisal in the salary, people are made to work 12hours in just small amount of money. You literally need to give up on your health to work here. You are not even allowed to contact with any people in the office... Everything is count as HIPAA, even if you take your colleagues phone number you will be harassed. Every employee who come in this company does not stay more than a month. Only fresher who have applied 1year bond are bound to stay.

Completely fraud company..thy will hire you at 60000 per month and will give 1200 at the end of month..

Set target unachievable, then they will cut salary, give 1% of your ctc. Continuously monitor you. One can not interact with fellow team member. And they will mentally torture you and at the end get personal will start cursing you.. so be careful..they are the biggest fraud I have ever came across.. everyday they expect ypu to extend your shift for 2-3 hrs

As Scribe is really critical and cruicial role in the its own domain so they are highly professional in terms of performance, quality work and delivery time. Employees with best performance get many more hikes, promotions etc. Best place to work

The leadership team is strong with an innovative mindset. They want to be different from the current mediocrity in the industry, which is not bad to be honest. However, there are struggles with it since most of the employees want to be hired by managers rather than leaders.

Dislikes

Yes there are some areas of improvement for them to work upon, but so are there for so many other organizations. We cannot compare an apple with an orange. They are different with what they are doing and one should appreciate their hardwork for creating something that there never was.

The best I like about the company is the harmony. I got hospitalized. They specially visit and met with me and parents to assure i am well in place to the treatment. They provide all insurance details and cards to my family so that i can get the treat properly. I will not never forget this.
