Due to small team we have direct impact on company's growth. Easy to communicate directly to manager and get faster feedback. Opportunity to work with various technologies.

You might be expected to hadle larger workflow due to smaller team.

Having dedicated professionals who can walk new employees through the company's products and services would be beneficial. It would not only help in understanding the offerings better but also ensure a smoother transition into the role. I believe incorporating suck training resources would be really helpful.
