...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.Salary is decent but career growth is slow. On the job training is not given to new joiners.

inditrade microfinance ltd is a nbfc so there was all its own pressure in that company but there was a good environment to work there..

Chances of promotion were low and salary was also very low. Other organizations had incentive schemes but here it came too late.
