No job security worst management, talk about Company policy, their is no policy for employees, unprofessional dealership not suitable for huge brand Mercedes benz, I still not received my 2 years back incentive , unprofessionalism is a big issue worst to worst management I am not feeling 1% that I am working for a huge brand their is no premium feeling working with the dealership.

Royal Enfield is a oldest brand in motorcycle. They work since 1901 and one of the oldest motorcycle manufacturer in india. working nature is really cool.and support employee to learn more market skills to collect and up to date about current market information also provide on job training to their employee regarding softskills to provide delightful experience for their customers.it was great experience to be worked with such a Royal company.

Dislikes

Personally I really liked nature of work.and I really enjoy the noble moments with royal Enfield...it was a great time I spent with them.
